The next time you sign-in, you will be asked to review and accept the bulletin board terms of service.

Simply check the "I accept these terms" box and click the Submit button.

This is also a good opportunity to review your profile and update any information that may be out of date. It's also a good idea to include your Location, if you feel comfortable doing so.
