Hey everyone,

After several weeks of research and learning here, I took delivery of my 22.5 WSM. I've got apple, cherry, white oak, and hickory chunks coming, and am working on rubs now.

Planning my first smoke next weekend.

This is going to be a great complement to our Weber Summit 450SS.

Keep the recipes and advice coming for us newbies!

Steve

Thanks, all! I'm thinking of a couple nice racks of ribs to kick things off. I just received apple, cherry, white oak, and hickory wood, so I'm finally good to go!
