Hello all,
I am from St. Louis, MO. I just got the WSM in July, and have been reading up on all the great information on the boards here. So far: 10 slabs "competition" ribs 4 renowned mr. brown pork butts 1 turkey 1 chuck roll No. 5 sauce Keri's beans pig candy 6 bags of charcoal :-) 1 big bag of hickory 1 small bag of apple 1 small bag of cherry Everyone who has tasted all the above: "Best BBQ I ever had" Glad to be here! Hey Brian, I've had my WSM ~6 months now and love it. THis site has given me so much info I can't even imagine life w/o it. Every time I have a question or crazy idea about the WSM I come here and the question is usually already answered.
