Hello all, I first came across this board back in 2006 I think -- after I had just purchased my OTS and was looking for info in grilling. I had planned to join the site back then but the police state I live in passed a law that made it illegal to use a grill within 10 feet of a multi-unit dwelling. I could have lived with that but my landlord saw it differently and just banned grilling altogether.
So anyway we moved to a different place last month and I can grill once again! I also orderd a WSM so I'll be cranking out hopfully some great BBQ soon. This site is a wealth of info.

It's great to add another BUCKEYE to the roster, too. The Barbecue "word" is spreading north of the Ohio River, but slowly. Enjoy your new smoker and this site, it's a lot of fun!
