Just wanted to let the members know that this website is the best resource I have come across for use of my new wsm. Like they did't know this already. I just wanted to say thanks for all the posters who generously put up recipes and wsm modification info. Being new to smoking,and enjoying every minute of it, this website is like my grail for smoking!!!

I have done a lot of research on smoking and finally decided to go with the wsm. My "first" smoke was three racks of ribs and they turned out very nice!! Wouldn't have been able to pull it off without the help from the message boards and the website!!!! Thanks again!!!
