I just started really getting into grilling this summer. I always could grill brats and basics but this year i focused on more complicated flavors. which led me to smoking, where i bought a grillpro charcoal cabinet smoker. which after a few mods and a few tough ribs i got under control. last week i went to a thrift store and there it was my new wsm 18" for only $20. i used it last weekend and am so impressed as to how it works. I think I am in love. then i found a website dedicated to it and here i am. now i want to learn even more.

HaH! I did too! Big Grin
Now I smoke every weekend and any day off I can take from this joint.
I'm not far from you Leif, just on the south side of Franklin.
Head over to Sam's Club and pick up some spares (3 racks to a package) and live those dreams!
