Hi Clyde - Welcome to the forum - Hope you enjoy receiving and sharing information. There is a ton of it on this site...... Hey every time I see it's somebody from North or South Carolina I wonder if they play music. On page 63 under barbecuing Don Irish posted a link about 1/2 down the page called the BBQ song. Click on it and you will laugh your head off. Actually pretty good music. lol.
