Hi All. Just joined the forum so thought I'd say Hello. I'm in London, England and Ive just got my first WSM. What a great site. I'm new to the smoke world ... soo much to learn.! I havnt even owned a BBQ before.!

I plan my first cook in 2 weeks .. Not been easy getting good fruit wood but hope to get delivery of some apple, cherry, plum and pear very soon. Up till now weve only cooked outside using a double gas ring from Spain for making Paella. To go alongside this and the WSM , today i got hold of an aluminium garden incinerator and fitted a spare weber 22.5 inch coal grate and food grate then drilled in some latches and screws so i can move the grates depending on whats cooking.....so now i will be able to BBQ, Fry and Smoke all at the same time :-)

cheers
Graham

Graham,
Welcome to the board. It sounds like you are ready to jump in feet first to the world of barbecue. Your friends and neighbors are going to love it. Good luck and I hope you convert a lot of people to barbecue.
