That's a real nice set up you have! Brisket looks great too!

I'll be in Germany in about a week, great country! We're going to be in Murnau. Found a nice bbq shop in Ellwangen last year, lots of Weber stuff!

Unfortunately we are only there for two days. Not ideal but hopefuly it will be fun. Most of the time will be in Northern Italy, although the whole trip is only a week and a half. Any advice on something to see in Murnau in that short a time?

Last year we had the pleasure of spending a month in Germany. Stayed over in Bamberg, Munich, Giegen, Dachau, and Ellwangen. Had a really great time!

Hey John willkommen! I am an American living just outside of Frankfurt. I was just wondering were you got your BGE I have never seen one here in Germany? Also, what is a brisket called in German? Rinderbrust?

Traditionel is the "Hofbräu Keller" www.hofbraeukeller.de, but a lot of tourist inside and you take a look in the pedestrain zone, so i think you find a place for good food stuff.

I've been to Hofbräuhaus, but I don't think I've been to Hofbräukeller, so I should go there next time I visit. Can you recommend any places where ther would be good local food and not so many tourists.

-Mark.
