Love this website!! Been "smoking" stuff on my Weber gas grill for years and finally bought myself a bullet this summer, and have been lurking on here since just before that. So far I've done a turkey, ribs a few times, a ham, pork butts, Fatties, and chicken. Next is a brisket, if they ever go on sale around here, seem to be hovering around $4 lb.

Welcome to the board - I'm one town west of you and have friends and family in Grayslake. Good luck finding a brisket up here worth barbecuing - need to go to Sam's Club for anything reasonable. The stuff at the supermarkets are too trimmed for me.
