Yes, teams have to cook 40 lbs. of snoots!
Plus 10 gals. of chili, 20 slabs of ribs, and 50 pork steaks. 9th annual Millstadt Optimist Club BBQ & Chili cook-off. Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009 Never been, but I hope to attend, as an eater, not contestant.
