1 Banana
1 Peach
1/2 cup juice ( orange, apple, cran or milk )
1 sweet ( sugar, splenda or honey )
Blend till smooth
1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
2 scoops vanilla ice cream (or yogurt frozen or not)
6-8 ice cubes
Blend till smooth

This may be a bit late but;

Just getting into smoothies again...I saw "1 sweet" in the ingredients list. Is that one TBSP?

Cantaloupe. I had some leftover that had been cut up. It makes a very good base for smoothies.

First blend the cantaloupe then add the other fruits. 1/2 bannana is always good for texture. I added a peach a few blueberries and some yogurt. Blend in ice and your set.
