I have a discontinued Vac 800 model that has worked well for about 8 yrs, but lately the bag slicer is kind of a pain to use on the FS rolls.

Has anyone had to replace they're cutter from wear, and can you order disc. parts?

Thanks Tim but I already tried that. Replacement parts doesn't list a bag slicer, and doing a search on my model turns up as " 0 searches found ". Tried CS twice, and both times I was told that my unit is discontinued and please hold as we will see if that part is available as a replacement.
Both times after being on hold for a while I got disconnected.
So I figured I'd take a shot, and ask the TVWB community if anyone had that same problem.
