Our favourite lamb recipe is orange juice lamb
Thake a leg of choice Austalian Lamb place in a plastic bag and then place lamb and bag in a bowl. Puur about a litre of orange juice in the bag - enough to cove the leg od lamb. Add a table spoon of minced garlic, a good clump of both chopped oregano and rosemary. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hrs. We the roast a a fairly high temp in the kettle until medium rare and service with homus bread and a greek salad. Although we cook in a kettle I am very keen to try the same reciepe slow cooked if anyone has a go at it in a WSM let me know how it goes, I am sure it would be great. JackW |
