obv everyone has their own method, so this one is a bit different than mine, but still good to get the word out there that great ribs are within reach of anyone with a kettle......enjoy

I love ribs on the kettle, they come out just as good as my big smoker. Same as brisket...pork butts...heck..anything..the kettle rocks!

This is John Kass's second column/video on BBQ in the past month--prior to the first column, I had no idea he was such a smoke-head. Say what you want about his columns, but I have a lot more respect for the man after reading his columns about BBQ.

The video was pretty comical, I did enjoy the young lady saying "you write a column for the tribune?" to him while they were on the roof... good stuff Smiler

its ok. i do it a bit differantly. what surprised me is that they didn't use any wood for smoke. but it was enough info to get someone started.
