Did a meat loaf on my 22-1/2 Friday for supper. Great!! Got the inspiration from Chris A. in the Cooking section of the web site. He used the WSM but the Kettle worked just fine. Anything to keep from starting the oven in the house during hot weather.

I can't believe that I never did Meatloaf before hanging out here... It is just a huge burger right  The improvement in taste (over the oven) and ease of cooking make this a hit! |

Sorry I missed your post. Made one of my favorite sandwiches in the world cold meatloaf on wheat slathered with Hellmann's. This was even better than ovne-baked.Told my wife that it's brisket for the dentally challenged i.e. plastic teeth--like mine. Pat Barnes |
