Did Weber ever sell a corn holder for the 26" kettle? Basically it's a 26" ring with a bunch of loops around the perimeter; the ears stand on end and angled slightly toward the center. Thanks!

I don't know if one was sold for the 26", but the Weber site in South Africa lists a "Corn and Tater Ring". Here's the link. Scroll halfway down the page, in the Charcoal Accessories section, on the right.

I have an older Weber catalog from the late 60's that shows this same ring for the 26" kettle - so I guess they made one at that time. The cover actually shows George Stephen on the front cooking on a Weber 26". My understanding is that Weber built the 26" kettle in the 60's and 70's and also brought it back in the form of the 26" "Texan" one-touch during the mid-late 90's - wish they'd bring it back, I'd line up to buy one.

I also wish they would bring the 26" back. I have yet to find a grill that works as well as it does when cooking pizza and such.

If I wasn't an expert... They would fire me!

I noticed on Craigslist (St Louis) someone is looking for a 26" weber (and a ranch kettle).

Wonder if it anyone here? Cool
