Want to smoke some beef ribs sunday,got em at Whole Foods on sale 2.99 lb.They were in a foam package and had been cut into singles.Any tips to keep em from drying out.How long a smoke maybe 4 or 5 hours at 235 to 250 degrees? Thanks Mike
