I am looking to get a performer and am wondering if there are differences in the performers being sold on amazon. They range from $270-$350. Is there anything I need to know?

thanks,
ron

The "new" Performer normally sells for $299 and I have seen it higher on some sites. I'm not aware of any differences in the units which would create a price difference ... they come fully loaded. ?

Delivery to your local Crate and Barrel if free. If you want home delivery it's about $ 40.

I was just at crate and barrel last night and checked out the grey one. Nice, but doesn't say sexy like the black or blue one, even the green to me looks nicer. Grey just looks too bland to me. Nice price though.

It looks clean, very much like a crate and barrel grill. I like it.

I would definitely buy that grill if i didn't already have a Performer - especially if there was a C & B in my area.

What do you think of the new Copper finish on the Smokey Joe portable grill?

I wonder if Weber will soon be selling this finish on their other grills?

They have a copper color option on their Genesis grills. It's nice, and different, but personally, I like the looks of the black on the Genesis better.
