It's in near perfect condition. Came with a perfect cover. Guy kept the cover on it in his garage.

Mnfq code on vent matches 2002. Guy bought it new 4 years ago. He told his wife to go out and buy a gas grill and she came home with this. She must've thought it was a gasser because of the tank. He didn't want charcoal so he barely used it. Finally got a gasser this year so he sold it.

He had it listed for a buck and a half. I tried to get him lower but he wouldn't budge. So I gave
him his asking price.

Now I'm going to take my near beaten to death 10 yr old 22" Silver and turn it into a LBE for pizzas.

Joe

Dang, I just missed one exactly the same as this, green/SS top. In San Diego and I emailed and called within an hour but someone beat me to it.

It was $100 but the condition was not as good as yours by far. It was definitely used by the owner, but nothing a little cleaning couldn't take care of.

Great deal Joe!
Nice looking grill.

Your "gas" grill story is about the same as this CL listing here in the St Louis area:

But note the bag of charcoal, and lighter fluid.

I did forget to mention that he threw in a half bag of lump charcoal and a bottle of lighter fluid Red Face

No wonder he prefers gas.
