Ever see a rotisserie for the Ranch Kettle…One of the boys at work made one for me….just needs a coat of high heat paint.

Dave,

How well does it seal up? In other words, how well does the lid seal up against the top? I don't see any flanges rolled into the ring, so it looks more like a simple 'gently place and hope nothing bumps the lid' kind of arrangement.

I love it! I've been looking for a rotisserie ring for my rancher. I even asked the EZ Que people if they were interested in making one but they told me no.

More details if you please :-)

The extension fits right where the grate goes and it’s a pretty tight fit the lid sits on the extension pretty tight as well…I’ll let you know more once I get it painted and can cook with it. The extension is 15 in high and we took a Weber set up and extended the spit with some Stainless.

That is very nice. I got a ring, alone, for my Performer to be able to have clearance for a large turkey. Might be useful for that purpose on your Rancher. I now have an EZ Que for the Performer, so I have 2 rings. The Rancher is a great grill. I have one at a vacation lake home.

Does anyone make a ring for the 18" weber for a rotisserie? I checked the Weber website and it only has a rotisserie setup for the 22" grill.
I got a free 18" weber grill off Craigslist and am thinking of making it a permanent rotisserie.
