I did the ribs on my offset and finished them on the RK
And after a day in the smoke the cook rides away on his trusty steed…

Looks really good. You're making me hungry! I'm going to have to try the butterflied whole chicken technique. They were also showing it today on America's Test Kitchen.

Thanks I'm still working on the correct amount of charcoal and the vent postitions...I had some issues with the temp being to hot at first and then had a hard time getting the temp back up...but alls well that ends well.

Had to take a second look at just how big the RK really is. Look how comfortable 3 whole racks of ribs sit on that baby. Food looks great also.
