I have for sale a commercial quality hog roaster that was custom built. This roaster is made of heavy duty steel and has all 100% high-grade stainless steel cooking surfaces. This roaster can be used with the meat resting in a static (not moving) position or can be used as an electric rotisserie. It is designed in such a way that you can just lay the meat on the grilling surface if you are not going to use the rotisserie or you can attach the meat with stainless steel bolt/spikes (food grade stainless bolts which have been ground down to spikes) and stainless washers and nuts. You can really cook pretty much any type of meat on here. I have cooked whole and half hogs, turkeys, chickens, pork loins and deer roasts. The rotisserie is powered by an electric motor attached to a Borg Warner/Morse Gear reduction motor. The roaster is mounted on a road-safe trailer with brake/lights and turn signal combos. One of the lights is broken. The roaster is heated via charcoal (lump or briquettes) and has two charcoal drawers that you pull out to load and start. Roaster comes with a WIKA commercial grade thermometer which threads into the lid. Roaster includes trough/drip tray which allows you to catch meat drippings conveniently into a bucket or pan at one end of the roaster. I have cooked commercially for parties and weddings with this roaster and have also rented it out on occasion. You can generally rent one of these to people all summer long for around $75 to $100 for a weekend. This roaster will easily pay for itself as a rental device in very short order. I simply do not have the time to schedule rentals and deliveries any more. If you have questions or would like to arrange a time to come see this roaster, pleas email chris.hibbert (at) gmail.com or click on the 'reply' link on this listing. With more than $500 worth of stainless in this smoker, it will not last long at this price.

Price is $999

Gee.... not a good endorsement for your own product. Smiler

I am sure you mean "it won't last long at this price".

Heheh - sorry - you're correct - my fingers got ahead of my brain on that one.

THanks for pointing it out.
