I am pretty sure i know the answer, but can I install Stokerlog on a Mac, and if so how? It keeps asking me to select a program to open the file.

Ryan,

It's written in .NET for Windows. The only way to run it on a Mac is by using a Windows emulator. I'm not familiar with Macs but one may exist somewhere. I remember seeing an episode on Hak5 about Wine. The project is here:

I believe people have had good luck using Parallels.

Running StokerLog v5 right now on my Mac Pro via Parallels v 4.0 Works great.
