If you were stranded on a desert island...

and were limited to one pit, one fuel, one smokewood, one meat, one sauce, and one sidedish to go with it (OK, two), what would each be? And you don't have to say why unless you really want to-- I'm just curious what your personal favorites are.

Good way to end.
I would be cooking a turkey over lump with cherry chips on my Big Green Egg with the platesetter in place. I'd have sprinkled it with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. Not my favorite bbq rub, but it's good on everything.
I'd have some Gates original sauce on the side and the creamed corn from Rudy's. (I have a reasonable imitation in next years book)
