Good way to end. I would be cooking a turkey over lump with cherry chips on my Big Green Egg with the platesetter in place. I'd have sprinkled it with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning. Not my favorite bbq rub, but it's good on everything. I'd have some Gates original sauce on the side and the creamed corn from Rudy's. (I have a reasonable imitation in next years book)
