I did some with the Slow Good recipe from Way to Grill. Was curious about Amy Anderson's recipe in Charcoal Grilling. Thanks.

Amy's recipe in Weber's Charcoal Grilling is one of my favorites. It's best done on a WSM but I've also had good results on the Performer.
